Then came the accident in 2012. A moment that forced me to stop, listen, and see what I had been avoiding.

By 2014, I was at a crossroads. If I didn’t radically shift how I worked, lived, and led myself, I wouldn’t survive, not meaningfully.

So, I let go of everything I thought I knew and stepped into the unknown.
